How to Add Customer ?

  • Click on "Customer/Payee" from main menu and Select "Add Customer"
    Add Customer
  • Enter the information of customer such as name(that user wants to appear on the Cheque), address, contact, email, country etc.{User can select the country from drop-down list of countries}.
    Add New Customer
  • Click on "Add" button."Customer information is saved successfully" will be prompted
     New Customer
  • Click OK
    Note:
    Customer List can also be imported from database
    Chequeguru uses the customer list to hold information about the companies to whom you pay your bills
    Share with all company: With this User can share the details of this payee among all the companies
