How to add new User?

  • Click on "Company"from main menu and select the "Add User" .
    Add User
  • Enter the Username, enter the password and then confirm the password.On the right side, select the checkbox for companies(the user will have access to selective companies).Note: Alternatively, User can click on check box "SELECT ALL COMPANIES" if User is intended to have access to all companies in the system.
    Add New User
  • Click on "ADD" button.A message will appear "User is saved successfully in database"
    New User
  • Click "OK"
    Note: More than one user can access ChequeGuru at a time depend upon the number of license purchased.
